Seismic Rehabilitation of Tajrish Garden-Tower

In this project, MSD was engaged to perform seismic rehabilitation of the 8-storey concrete structure to enhance a floor in Tehran. Systematic seismic rehabilitation was conducted to achieve the selected rehabilitation objective (Basic safety objectives) for the building under investigation. FRP flexural strengthening of the weakened beams and increase the axial compression strength of the weakened columns by providing confinement FRP jacket, As the main seismic rehabilitation technique, were used in rehabilitation of the existing building.

Seismic rehabilitation of the building under investigation in this project was conducted according to ASCE 41-06 and nonlinear static analysis (pushover) was used in the rehabilitation design.
