In this project, MSD was engaged to concrete repair and strengthening of the weakened beams, columns and connections of the factory building due to Low strength concrete and construction defects. During initial inspection 103 columns, 12 beams and 20 connections were identified as structural deficiencies. After planning and designing concrete repair, Executing began by removing the defective concrete and replacing it with polymer-cement mortar. Then FRP systems were used to increase the strengthof structures. For this purpose, completely wrapping the FRP system around the sections was used to increase the shear strength of the weakened elements and providing confinement for repaired components. Also epoxy resin injection was executed to repair the cracks in concrete slabs.
