Strengthening of Sanandaj Mehr Project Buildings

In this project, during an initial inspection, 22 weakened columns were identified due to Low strength concrete. Considerations show that these columns were weak in which compression failure is the controlling mode in P-M diagrams. Therefore FRP systems were used to increase the axial compression strength of concrete columns by providing confinement with FRP jacket.
